I have used Flowers of Kidderminster several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as I like to support local businesses when I can. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday. Although the bouquet was delightful, several of the roses arrived damaged. Not the level of service that I have received in the past, so I'm guessing that this might be a one-off event. But nevertheless, it did dampen my wife's excitement a little.

I had a problem which was dealt with promptly, though not very politely by Direct2florist.I ordered one thing, they sent something completely different claiming 'availablity' was the reason for changing the flowers in the arrangement. When I complained, they responded very promptly (to their credit), sending exactly the right thing less than 24 hours later. An amazing sudden change in availability... Good flowers, though I think it's fair to say only as long as you make sure they send what you asked for.
